How a Carpet Cleaning Business Replaced Chaos with a Single Platform
Tanzif replaced notebooks, phone calls, and manual calculations with a single operations platform — and gained full control over orders, drivers, finances, and clients.
Problem
Every day at Tanzif, a premium carpet cleaning service, began the same way: phone calls, paper notebooks, and confusion. Orders came in through phone calls and walk-ins. Someone wrote down the client's name and carpet details in a notebook. Someone else tried to remember which driver was supposed to pick up from where. And at the end of the month, the owner sat down with a calculator trying to figure out how much money actually came in — and how much was still owed.
It worked. Barely. Until it didn't.
The problems that kept growing:
Lost orders. A client calls. The operator writes it down. The note gets buried under twenty others. The carpet sits uncleaned for a week until the client calls back, angry. There was no reliable way to track what stage each order was in.
Driver confusion. Drivers received instructions via phone calls and text messages. Addresses got mixed up. Pickups were missed. Sometimes two drivers showed up at the same address. There was no route planning, no visibility into who was doing what.
Money leaks. Some clients paid in cash, some by card, some by bank transfer. Some paid partially. Some didn't pay at all. Tracking who owed what required digging through receipts and notebooks. Debts slipped through the cracks.
Partner blindness. Tanzif worked with external partners for specialized services — stain removal, restoration, custom treatments. But tracking which items were sent to which partner, at what price, and when they'd come back was a mess.
Pricing headaches. Every carpet is different. Size, material, dirtiness level — all affect the price. Operators calculated prices manually, often inconsistently, leading to client disputes and lost revenue.
Solution
A single platform that replaced notebooks, spreadsheets, phone-based coordination, and manual calculations. Everything the business needs to operate — in one place.
Order management from start to finish. Every order moves through clear stages: new, pickup, received, washing, ready, delivery, completed. At any moment, anyone in the business can see exactly where every carpet is. Orders include client details, carpet specifications, pricing, photos, and notes.
Automatic price calculation. Operators enter the carpet dimensions, select the material type and dirtiness level — the system calculates the price instantly. No guesswork, no inconsistencies, no arguments with clients.
Built-in logistics. Drivers see their assigned pickups and deliveries on their phone. Each stop has the client's address, phone number, and order details. When a driver completes a stop, the order status updates automatically. Managers see all routes and driver activity in real time.
Financial tracking. Every payment — cash, card, or transfer — is recorded against the order. The system tracks account balances across multiple wallets. Staff salary tracking, expense categories, and a clear view of who owes money and how much.
Client database. Every client has a profile with their order history, total spending, outstanding debts, and notes. Repeat clients are recognized instantly.
Partner management. Items sent to external partners are tracked separately with their own status flow: agreed, in progress, ready, delivering, delivered. Cost and timing are visible at a glance.
Role-based access. The owner sees the full financial picture. Operators manage orders and clients. Drivers see only their routes. Washers see only their work queue. Each role gets exactly the interface they need — nothing more.

Result
The notebook is gone. The phone calculator is gone. "Call the driver" is gone.
Orders no longer get lost — they move through a visible pipeline. Drivers know exactly where to go without a phone call. Clients get a consistent price every time. The owner can open the dashboard at any moment and see today's revenue, pending orders, outstanding debts, and team activity.
The business didn't just get software. It got clarity.
